These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of droprollpro.com and the roll-off dumpster rental services provided by Droproll (“Drop Roll,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking a rental, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Rental Services

• Quotes and posted prices cover delivery, the selected rental period, and pickup for the selected weight category. Overweight loads, extended rental days, and prohibited items may result in additional charges disclosed at booking.
• Delivery dates are scheduled in good faith. Weather, road conditions, or site access issues may require rescheduling; we'll contact you if that happens.
• You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement location and for obtaining any HOA or municipal permits required for street or right-of-way placement.
• Prohibited items include tires, paint, batteries, electronics, and hazardous materials. Do not load the dumpster above its rim.
• While the dumpster is at your location, you are responsible for its contents and for damage caused by misuse. Droproll is not responsible for damage to driveways or surfaces at a placement location you choose.

SMS Terms

Droproll offers text messages related to your dumpster rental. By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking a consent box, texting us, or giving verbal consent when booking), you agree to receive text messages from Droproll at that number.

What you'll receive

Rental-related messages such as booking confirmations, delivery ETAs, pickup reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from Droproll. You'll receive a confirmation message when you first opt in.

Opt-out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you text STOP, you'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers & privacy

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your SMS opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Droproll does not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due as stated at booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible before your scheduled delivery date. Any cancellation fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Website Use

Quotes and recommendations from our online quote tool are estimates to help you choose a dumpster; final pricing is confirmed at booking. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Droproll's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
